Adult Ultimate Frisbee League

We are excited to announce our NEW Adult Ultimate Frisbee League beginning this fall. Ultimate resembles many traditional sports in its athletic requirements; it is unlike most sports due to its focus on self-officiating and use of a flying disc instead of a ball. Combining the non-step movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football, a game of ultimate is played by two teams with a flying disc on a field with end zones, similar to football.  The object of the game is to score by catching a pass in the opponent’s end zone. Ultimate is a transition game in which players move quickly from offense to defense on turnovers. This is a co-rec league with a minimum of two females per team. Roster limit is 15 players (seven players at a time). The season will consist of 7 regular season games with 1-3 playoff games. We recommend getting a team together and designate a captain to pay the registration fee or you may register individually.

League is not certified by USA Ultimate.
