On Tuesday, November 17, Governor Pritzker announced Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigation efforts to address the rising COVID-19 cases in our state and community. The Berwyn Park District is revising our guidance and current program requirements to adhere to the new guidelines. We stand with the Berwyn community and are all in this together during these unprecedented times.
We will continue to support the public through safe programming and outdoor recreation options. We ask that everyone continue to do their part by washing their hands frequently, wearing a mask at all times while in public, and staying home if sick.
IDPH will continue to track the COVID-19 positivity rates and hospital capacity metrics in regions over 14-day monitoring periods to determine if mitigations can be relaxed, if additional mitigations are required, or if current mitigations should remain in place. We recommend following the Berwyn Park District on Facebook for COVID-19 notifications, park news, and program updates.
When will the Berwyn Park District move to Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigations?
