All Berwyn Park District Facilities, Programs and Playgrounds are CLOSED
MAY 19, 2020 UPDATE:
As Illinois looks ahead to the next phase of the Coronavirus outbreak, the Berwyn Park District continues to monitor all recommendations to ensure a safe environment for all patrons. At this time, based on the current phased reopening plans, we will be cancelling all in-person programs and events through June 30. This includes all summer events, sports leagues, rentals, and our traditional summer camps.

While this was a difficult decision to make, we want to ensure you that the safety of our community is of the utmost importance. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when local officials confirm it is safe to do so!

While our doors remain closed, we are excited to provide NEW and fun virtual programming options for the whole family! We are regularly adding new programs, so we encourage you to check back often. Visit berwynparks.org/virtual-programs to register today!

We are truly dedicated to providing the best virtual programing options for the community. Please take our survey to provide feedback on the types of programs you are interested in seeing!

We are also excited to announce a new Day Camp At-Home this summer! While the format will be different this year, we can still engage with friends, inspire, and create something new! Camp will start June 22 with options available for age 3 - grade 5. Please reach out to Devin Frendreis for more information.

As a reminder, all Park District courts (including tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball), fields and playgrounds remain closed. Additionally, all organized and unorganized sport games or competitions (such as baseball, softball, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, tag, football or similar activities) between persons at public parks are prohibited.

We will continue to provide updates regarding any changes to our facilities and programs as they develop. We encourage everyone to follow us on Facebook to receive up-to-date information regarding Park District closures.

We welcome everyone to continue to enjoy open outdoor spaces safely by maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We look forward to continuing to connect with everyone in new ways this summer!

Be well and stay healthy!
