New Tot Lot Welcomed at Freedom Park
The Berwyn Park District held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new tot lot playground at Freedom Park.

The tot lot was partially funded by a grant with the Berwyn Public Health District as part of an effort of active living and healthy choices. This all-inclusive playground will encourage playground users to have social interaction, practice hand-eye coordination skills, get out in the parks and participate in physical activity.

“I love that the new tot lot gives us a chance to bring people together and create strong ties with our community. All are welcome to come play at this playground,” explains Jeff Janda, Executive Director of Berwyn Park District.
