The Berwyn Park District believes that all community residents have a right to recreational opportunities and as such we offer limited financial assistance based on demonstrated need and qualifications.
Through a combination of grants, donations, and fundraisers we are able to provide limited assistance annually on a first come basis subject to income verification.

DHS
The State of Illinois is offering Action for Kids assistance. That helps income eligible families pay for their child care services while they work or go to school training.
SCHOLARSHIP FEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We realize that our level of success comes from reaching out to and fulfilling the need of our residents. We recognize that for our community to succeed we have to give the opportunity to learn and feel secure.
The Berwyn Park District (BPD) in conjunction with Community Developing Block Grant (CDBG) we are able to assist residents with low income though our scholarship program.
ACTIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT
Berwyn Park District appreciate the sacrifice and selfless acts
our servicemen and service women make upon our behalf.
That all active duty members of the United States Armed Forces, including Reserve Forces, Coast Guard, and National Guard, who are or will be deployed to serve and protect the United States of America are to be supported and thanked for their selfless service.
To this end the BPD will provide recreation and leisure support
to active military and their immediate family members defined as
spouse and children, while member is on deployment and up to
30 days after return from active duty.
