Early Childhood Aide
The EC Aide is responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher as well as encouraging and initiating efforts to establish good parent, instructor, and child communications, maintaining a healthy and safe environment that is appropriate for the age level of the children enrolled.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing, advertising and sponsorship functions for the agency. The Marketing Manager is a part time employee working no more than 24 hours per week.

Facility Coordinator
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties to prepare park district facilities for various scheduled events and activities. They may be scheduled to work independently or with other scheduled staff. They are a part-time employee working from 12-30 hours per week up to a maximum of 900 hours per year.

Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for front line customer service. This position is a part time, at-will, hourly position without benefits, except where required by law.


Executive Director
The Berwyn Park District Board of Commissioners is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the agency's Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to DEI hiring, promotion and workplace practices. Program and Special Events Manager
The Program and Special Events Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of recreational, athletic, and experiential innovative programming. This includes developing, teaching and/or leading programs for children, teens, adults, seniors, and special events.

The Horticulturist is responsible for a variety of park horticulture, landscaping, and park maintenance related duties.

Maintenance Worker I
The Park Maintenance Worker I is responsible for performing a variety of park labor duties to maintain and/or repair park properties and equipment.
